This was a Christmas present that I didn't have to exchange. Makes a good pot of coffee or just a cup and i like the timer on the heating unit. You will have to tolerate that when making just a single cup it tends to spit water at the end,maybe i need a taller cup.

Bought this a month ago to replace an older cuisinart we had for about 8 years. Performs very well only complaint is the single serve side splashes quite a bit when brewing but other than that happy with the purchase.

This combo coffee maker is perfect. We love that when we want a whole pot of coffee we brew one (very quickly) and if we don't we have the one cup option. Works great for coffee, tea and hot chocolate. And you don't have to buy the k-cups, it comes with a reusable one. Love it.

I bought this about s month ago and am for the most part happy with the coffeemaker. I think where you pour the water the area is a little small and the k-cup side spits and sputters a lot creating s little mess every time it’s used. I do like the programmable coffeemaker and the bronze color look great in my kitchen.
