I bought one at Christmas. It splattered when I made a single cup, and it leaked. I returned it to the store and traded it for a second one. I had the same results. Very Disappointed

Love the fact that it has different heat settings to keep coffee warm. However, filling the water resevoir is a mess. There is a very small space to pour water into, and the lid doesn’t open wide enough to accurately fill from the decanter.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. I love the option of having to be able to make a full pot which we do daily but in the evening my husband wants a cup of coffee to go with his dessert and he can make his one cup. And I don’t have to worry about running out or not having the k cups because you can use your own coffee with the included single serve coffee holder. It’s like having a 12 cup coffee maker and a kurieg in one. Love love love it.
