I bought this last month and love having the convenience of brewing a pot on weekdays and one cup at a time on weekends.
It’s very well designed and looks great on the counter top.
My only complaint is it can be difficult to fill the water for a pot because the lid gets in the way.

Recently purchased it. My NON-TECH wife was afraid of buttons. Then I showed her she needed just ONE button and she loves it. Capable of doing a lot but it is also very simple.
Only issue we have had, twice, is that the coffer pot was not quite put back in correctly and the unit didn't know it was in so nothing was dripped into it. Reseating it fixed all.
