I love this coffee pot. We drink a full pot every morning and then make individual cups during the day if needed. At first, I was thrilled to see that Cuisinart finally fixed the pot spout so that it didn't leak, but, alas, it was only temporary. I have to put a cloth under the pot every time I fill with water to catch the leaks from the spout. It would be great if the filter and the fill port where flipped. It's awkward to fill where it it currently located between the two coffee makers.

We have had a cuisinart coffee maker for 12 years and replaced it with this one when it broke. The 12 cup part is okay. The single serve does not work. We’ve trouble shooter, tried a variety of inserts, etc. but it sputters and more water than coffee comes out. Disappointed

Excellent coffee and single serve brewer!! My husband and I make a pot in the morning and then when we feel like it we make a cup in the afternoon in the we use the single brewer!! So convenient!! Only thing is that the nozzle on the single serve brewer spits out coffee past the cup!! Once in a awhile...I need to check it out to make sure it is on right!!

Disappointed it does not have a 2 hr auto shutoff. Not happy I have to shut coffeemaker off. Coffee made with single serve brewer cools off to quickly. This was a gift through hospital retirement gift catalog. Thought about returning it but didn't want to go thru the hassle. Had I purchased this on my own I would have returned it

It is a fine coffee machine offering both brewing and k-cup options. The only issue I see with it is the single cup water release is not as smooth as our previous Keurig. It is a erratic pour that causes splashing on the counter when using a coffee mug or cup. We have not brewed a pot of coffee yet to check that out.

Beautiful design/machine. Unfortunately, the two that I received were both defective. Bought 1st one for Christmas gift and the water reservoir for the single-serve side leaked. Cuisinart would NOT honor their "warranty." Returned the machine to the vendor I purchased it from to get a replacement. The 2nd one I received from the vendor was also defective - the single-serve side would not brew - it would come on/off within approx 2 seconds and we had to reset it each time. Again, the vendor was great in my returning another defective Cuisinart product. The vendor is not responsible for how the machine is made/works - that's up to Cuisinart and unfortunately Cuisinart failed. All I can say, BUYER BEWARE and hope Cuisinart can make a product that works.

The only problem I have is in order to fill the unit with water you have to be left handed so you can see the level of water in the tank. The k-cup side is fine.
