I love being able to combine single serve and full pot coffee in one appliance. The coffee comes out great, the timer allows me to set up the night before, and the brew strength is great. Only problem is that the single serve splatters all over the counter around the machine. I hope they come up with a solution to that for the future.

I bought my coffee maker about a month ago and overall I love it!! I left the fact that I can make it whole pot of coffee versus making one cup at a time. Definitely comes in handy when not needing to make a whole pot of coffee. The only things that I do not too much care for is pouring water into the 12 cup coffee maker side. The way it is designed makes it somewhat difficult to pour water into the coffee maker. Other than that one will just have to do the best they can to get water into the coffee maker. The other complaint I have is that the one cup coffee maker side splashes a lot when the coffee is pouring into the cup but other than that, overall I love this coffee maker and especially the way it looks. Oh I forgot, the coffee that comes out of this coffee maker is very very hot which I love because normally I will put my coffee into the microwave after making it. With this coffee maker you do not have to do that.

the coffee center brewer fits our drinking style. my wife usually drinks 1-2 cups per day and uses single serve. I drink 5-6 cups per day and usually use the 12 cup coffee maker. our first one only lasted 6 months before the single serve brewer quit working.didn't last long enough for any brewer much less a 200$ one! we liked it enough to get another one. hope this one lasts longer.

I am enjoying my new coffee maker allowing
me with the 2,options. However, if I could change anything it would be keeping the single cup plate hotter coffee cools very quickly! And the water spout for 12 cup on other side difficult to pour.
