Got this product for Christmas,happy wth the taste of the coffee however found several problems, first individual coffee pod reservoir is very small three cups maximum then you have to fill it again, also top does not open as far as I would like it. If you make a whole pot of coffee you will find that the slot to pour in the water is very small, it is very hard not to spill it either on the counter or in the hole for the coffee which will then leak through to the hot plate, it would go into the pot but you are using it to fill the reservoir. On the plus side coffee stays very hot and the bold brew is a nice feature.

I was excited to have the choice of a pot of coffee or a single serve. This makes a great pot of coffee. The single serve.....welllll, it is sloppy. The cup sits too far away from the spout and splatters. Still deciding if I am going to return it.
