I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and myself because I wanted the versatility of being able to make one cup at a time or a whole pot when my family is here. It has worked great so far. My only complaint would be that it is awkward to fill with water on side that makes a whole pot. I feel like this is a minor flaw in the design and would give it five stars otherwise.

Many times when my husband has to broadcast a sporting event, he needs a coffee to go and I was wasting coffee making a full pot. Sometimes making a full pot wasnt enough either. I got it for Christmas and I will say the dip side is great. The kcup is horrible. It blows up half of the kcup I put in it. All the coffee grounds go into the cup. I have lost 40 to forty kcups already.

Love the design and copper color of my new 12 cup coffeemaker and single serve brewer. However, the 10, 8, 6 cup selection is a little inconvenient when most mugs handle 12 oz so you have to brew twice to get a fill cup of coffee. Also it spashes all over the place.
