Love this coffee pot! Great design, not too big & bulky for my limited counterspace. Easy to program & use.
One improvement I would suggest is making water reservoir area when making a pot easier to fill. Cuisinart has been a reliable brand for me.

This was a Christmas Present for my Mom and we both Love it !!!! You can make a Pot of Coffee or a single cup or if you want hot water for coco you can do that too.

I received the coffee maker as a Christmas gift. It did not work. The coffee would brew and it was cold within a few minutes it never stayed on to keep the coffee hot. After reading reviews of the similar issues I was disappointed and returned it back to the store. I almost bought a different coffee maker but figured maybe it was just a lemon. I ended up getting the same one. The second one worked as described. We enjoy the whole system.

I like the idea of the unit. It does have some I guess manufacturing issues. It leaks and the one cup coffee maker simply does not heat the water enough. The 12 cup side makes decent coffee I would not recommend to a friend in the current state. Maybe some QC would help.
