So disappointed,had trouble from the beginning. It leaks,filters were inside coffee pot but lid would not open. Had to cut through tabs with hacksaw to get lid open, company sent a new lid but it didn’t fit.

Love convenience but Cuisinart needs to get their arms around the quality control at the manufacturer. The k-cup maker splashes on the counter, and the drip maker doesn’t seem hot enough and the coffee sometimes comes out weak.

I use the auto timer so when I get up coffee is done. Love it. Also my wife drinks tea so she uses the single brew side. We save a lot of money buy not always using the single cup servings. Thank you.

I purchased this for myself just before Christmas. I was replacing a single serve Cusinart that I had for more than 5 years which was not working well. I wanted the benefit of single serve for daily use and a full pot for weekends and when I have company. I’m disappointed that the single serve’s largest size is only 10oz. - my previous Cusinart was 12oz. 10oz doesn’t fill up a to go cup or even a large coffee cup. The single serve side is messy too. At the end of the brewing process there is a lot of “sputtering” and “splashing”. Also the temperature setting is not hot enough for my taste. I wanted to give my coffee maker a good try but now wish I had returned it. I’ve Been a loyal Cusinart customer for years. This is the first disappointment for me. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this Cuisnart coffeemaker last month I am very happy with it. You can set how hot you want your coffee when to brew it and how long to keep it hot. Only thing the display is so bright it lights up my kitchen. Not that it’s a bad thing.
