We bought this product as a Christmas gift to ourselves. It is wonderful. Because we have it tucked under our upper cabinets it is sometimes difficult to refill the 12 cup water reservoir. But the product is a joy to have and a breeze to use. You can buy Kcups or make your own brew. So much fun and variety options.

We purchased our Cuisinart Coffee Center a month ago. It has been making great coffee since. The warming plate keeps the coffee at a desired drinking temperature.
The automatic timer feature is great for the first pot of the day.
The single serve brewer is a nice feature when just one cup of coffee or a cup of tea is wanted.

I like the fact that you can choose between a pot of coffee and a cup of coffee all in one unit.
I wish you could make the pot of coffee and the single cup of coffee at the same time. Unfortunately, you have to choose between the two. You cannot brew a pot and get a single cop at the same time. I also wish the platform was more shallow for a really large cup of coffee. IIt would be better. I find I have a hard time removing my larger cups because of the depth of the base under the k cup. Other than those few minor details. I think overall, it is a great coffee maker.
