Got as a gift. We like having both coffee brewer and K-cup options. Would not recommend to keep it under cabinet just because they are both hard to refill with water.

The only item that is a concern to me is that the single cup dispenser lid has a plastic hinge and with opening & closing will fatigue and break off. It has already shows signs of this, and this with less than 10 uses. Plastic gets brittle with water, heat and constant movement.

Have been brewing ever day since Chistmas. Love the results with both the drip and k-cup. The coffeemaker does exactly what I bought it for. The flaw that knocks it down a star? It is minor pain but because the top does not hinge back far enough and the small size of the opening, it is difficult to fill the reservoir and empty the carafe into it without pouring from almost a foot abover the opening. Can get very sloppy. Minor and does not effect results but did anyone try to pur water in it when they designed it? Other than that it’s perfect

This was a Christmas gift that I had hoped for. I love the option of making a whole pot or a single service cup whenever I want. Would like to have tiny filters for the single service feature so I can use my own coffee with the filter.

I love the look of this coffee maker, appealing on counter top. The conveince of pot or single cup is great. The brew/starting can take a couple times before the brewing actually starts.

I normally make a pot ( 4 cups ) of coffee in the morning. I did not have any brand of a K cup machine. I told my brother that I was thinking of buying one, but was waiting till my existing unit went bad.
