Typical Cuisinart quality and functionality makes this a great choice for our countertop. We were able to replace two machines with one and it performs perfectly for us. The Bold brew option is a great feature as well.

bought for my wife for xmas. the brew function is not very good. I should be able to fill up the water reservoir and select how many cups to brew from the control panel without worrying if I put the exact amount of water in the chamber or not. That's how the K-Cup function works, why didn't you replicate that for the drip brew function. Also, it would be smarter to use the same water chamber for both the K-Cups and the brew and enlarge it so it doesn't need to be refilled so often. If you put the brew pot under the drip chamber with the handle out to the side, the water backs up in the drip chamber and overflows. Should be only one way to put tat in to avoid that problem. Could be a much better product if the designers thought more about how people would use the machine.

We like the flexibility of having both a coffee maker and a Keurig in the same unit. The only knock is that it doesn’t keep the coffee hot enough in the pot.

Love that it has three different options for coffee making, which is exactly what I wanted. I really don’t have any cons but if I had to list: the area to put water in is really small and it takes a while to learn the fancy buttons. But I can live with that. The pros outweigh those two facts.

First ever Cuisinart product I've ever had trouble with. The lid on the coffeemaker side does not go back far enough to pour the water in cleanly, it goes everywhere. And the Single-serve side just flat didn't work. It blew grounds up into the top of the lid, would not heat the water, then just flat wouldn't turn on. Took it back to store for a refund.
