It’s a great coffee maker. It brews at the correct temperature and the single serve is very versatile and at a good pace. The only reason why I didn’t give a 5 star is because it’s a little hard to fill up the 12-cup container. The space is so narrow so water drips. Other than that, I’m happy with it!

It worked great then died before I had it a full month. Went to push brew and it didn't work. So I unplugged it and when I plugged it back in it didn't turn on at all. Just mailed it back.

White one looks great in brand new white kitchen. It is awesome to be able to do single serve on work mornings and be able to brew whole pot on weekends. Travel mugs are perfect. If you use a cup or small mug on single serve side, use a small dish or coffee cup to prop up your cup to prevent a little splash while brewing. Probably happened with all of our brewers but didnt notice until we got the white countertops.
