Bought a couple of weeks ago. The 1 thing I would change, is how to fill the pot with water. Sitting on the counter makes it hard to fill...no removable tank. Also, haven't figured out how to turn off the warmer, when the pot is empty.

I have been looking for a coffee pot with both the single serve and multiple cups option, and spent a lot of time researching different makes and models, and decided on this one based on reviews and features. I love it. The features are great, from the add water and clean notifications to setting the coffee pot on the brew timer so its ready in the morning. When I want a single cup I just add a k cup.
