Traditional coffee maker works fine. We have had to replace this coffee maker 2 times. Both times the Kuerig stopped working. We are still waiting for a replacement. It has been about two weeks. It does come with a 3 year warranty. Unfortunately, this is the only game in town if you want one device for traditional and single cup. The goal was less counter space. The Kurig is also messy and you get splatter when it makes coffee. The only alternative is a hamilton beach which get awful reviews.

I bought this a month ago hoping I would be able to use the single serve feature daily and the brewer when I had company. Unfortunately when I use the single serve feature, it splashes water so badly it's necessary to place a towel underneath. Totally unacceptable.

Works great but The only thing I don’t like about it is that the K cup side splashes because it does not have a lift for it to be closer to where it is pouring out of.

We are really happy with our coffee pot so far. The dual option serve feature is exactly what we needed. My wife and I leave for work several hours apart and this works for us. We used to use 2 coffee pots. Seems funny looking back We also like the 3 year warranty. We got burnt on a previous pricey coffee pot that only had a 1 year warranty and only gave us just over that. I bought this appliance in hopes of being able to use K-Cups and brew coffee all in one. Unfortunately, the K-Cup brewer does not get the coffee hot enough. It’s warm at best and there is no adjustment. I returned the unit for a refund.

Totally disappointed, cannot get coffee pot side to brew without over flowing the grounds into the water reservoir, don’t like the pause in the brewing because it never starts up to finish the Brew.
