We had a pot brewer and single cup one, took up too much counter space. This is a great product makes a pot in a short amount of time, single cup feature is easy and quick.

We bought this because I like the drip feature and my wife likes coffee very quickly when she gets out of bed. At first there was a plastic taste to both of the brewing features but that seems to have disappeared. The k cup feature seems to be a little sloppy with the coffee splashing outside the cup. it otherwise fill our needs.

I bought this coffee center a few weeks ago and love it EXCEPT for one major thing: When making a cup of coffee using the Single-Serve brewer part, it always splashes hot coffee outside the cup no matter how I position the cup. It makes a mess as it splashes on the coffee carafe part as well as the countertop. I would be reluctant to recommend it to a friend. Judging from other reviews, it seems to be an ongoing problem with other users also. Apparently it is a design problem of some sort. Is there any fix for this?
