We got the coffee center for an early Christmas Gift and it was well received. Great to have a choice of making a full put for more than one person or a single serving when needed.

This was an early Christmas gift. We have used it for a few weeks and find that the options and operation are much different than the Keurig that we had for 5 years. My wife wanted this so that we could make a pot full when friends came by or on the weekend when we would drink more than one cup and out the door. The pot part works great. The individual parts not so good. The largest coffee button does not fill our old coffee cups. Having to put two pods in and run it again seems a waste of time and coffee. The single shot coffee brewer seems to spit the coffee out and gets the counter wet when it finishes up. Not handy. Lastly, the whole unit is much larger in space on our counter than the Keurig, so we had to move the whole coffee system to another area not so convenient. We are living with the machine and may get used to the spitting and having to run two pods, or just go back to the old standby Keurig. That's all I got !

I bought this as a replacement for another brand that I had to return because the single serve didn't work consistently. Ordinarilly I wouldn't have paid quite this much for a coffeemaker, but am so glad that I did. It works perfectly and the coffee tastes great - both single serve and full pot. I love having the single-serve and full pot options in one coffeemaker and the fact that the single-serve side holds water for more than one cup at a time.

We’ve been using this for 2 weeks. I’m disappointed in the single cup function as it splashes and doesn’t come down in a straight stream as it should. Therefore I put a large cup under it and transfer it to another cup. Everything else is great! Keeps your coffee really hot if you want it to be with the different temperatures.

I bought this a few weeks ago, and have found it be lacking. There are issues with the single serve brewer. It regularly explodes K-cups, so we have opted not to use them. This negates the convenience factor. They get kudos for the handle in the reservoir though.
The regular brewer is sufficient, and behaves like any other drip coffeemaker. I will keep it, but would not purchase again.

I had one problem where the needle didn’t puncture the Kcup properly so ended up with coffee grounds inside Kcup holder.
