Great choice for a 12 cup coffeemaker along with a single-serve brewer. Great tasting coffee. It's a little hard to fill the water in the small reservoir for the 12 cup, so it can be messy without a steady hand. Single-Serve reservoir is removable which makes it much easier. Singles do splatter while making coffee.

This product has simplified our lives. The ability to brew a pot or use a pod has decluttered our counter top. Cuisinart quality in both a carafe and single cup brewing is the best. The water resevior for the single cup brewer is so easy to refill as compared to other pod makers. The best part is that it brews a hotter cup of coffee then the K machine. We love this coffee maker.

Hard pouring water in without spilling it in the 12 cup side. I use a cup to fill the resouvoir . If ur impatient u have to wait for the pot to finish brewing before u can make one cup of coffee. Minor for me. Overall great maker.

Love most about my new coffeemaker with the exception of the location of the water fill slot. I have to use a funnel when filling it or risk water going into the coffee basket. Also, it’s hard to watch the water fill lines while filling it. I was used to my Bunn, which was so easy to fill.
