I wish it had a larger water reservoir, and I you could use the "bold" button on the pod side. But for the most part I love this appliance and I love the open counter space I now have.

I bought this a month ago and am happy with it overall. It doesn’t seem to keep the coffee in the carafe hot once brewed for very long and the kcups kinda splash out as opposed to what I’m used to with the Keurig.

like the fact I can make single cup, but when use part where do single cup - it splashes out and is at outside edge of cup. Hard to find another filter except on line.(one for single cup) only comes with set of mesh filter and hard plastic holder - I just want extra mesh filter.

My wife and I bought this in order to get back to real good coffee from a pot and to save some money over expensive K-cup servings. Still has the option to brew with K-Cup for quick servings, but we mainly use the pot and brew 8-10 cups. Timer works great. Didn’t give it 5 stars because it could have been less expensive for sure.

We’ve had our unit about a month and have been really happy with it. Except 1 thing - it seems if you don’t hold the pot just right when pouring, it makes a mess - goes everywhere! That’s kind of a pain. I like being able to use my coffee in the single serve side, and it’s easy to do.
