I bought this in November. Had to send back for clip fif not work. Received replacement within 7 days. The coffee maker is great. The kcup is awful. When it brews water spirts everywhere and it’s very noisy. Lots of times st end it spirts lots of water at one time and it makes a mess. I have tried with Kcups and with single serve attachment and all work the same, messy and noisy.I wish I had not purchased. Bad investment on my part.

Every time I use the kcup single us they pop and I end up with grounds everywhere.
I really like having both options. I don’t have to make a full pot when I want a cup. Just have to figure out how not to end up with grounds.

makes good coffee like having the two together takes up less counter space but i wished they would have put the k-cup on the other side it kind of gets in the way when putting in the water and the brew & warm button could have been located elsewear sometimes you have a tendency to bump it when putting the Carafe back on the warming plate.

We’ve enjoyed the single brewing option, especially the improve K cups flavors & true coffee taste. Yet, when we have guest, the option of brewing a full pot is available.
