We've had the coffee maker now for a couple of months and we have nothing but good things to say about it. The only valid complaint that I saw in past reviews is the awkwardness of adding water. Like another reviewer noted, buy a funnel and use it to add the water. We purchased a rubber pliable funnel which solves the problem.

I like coffee robust and brewed bold. My daughter likes a quick cup on the way to work. This takes care of both of us. The only issue I found was that it requires #3 coffee filters which are very hard to find. I found the #4s or #2s work well and are readily available. This is a very good system.

We had the pot only cuisinart before but wanted the flexibility to make single cup, this was great option, to avoid having 2 appliances. My only complaint is that the coffee splashes in counter in the pic side, I put a one inch block in to raise the cup up, this made a big difference.

I waited a while for Cuisinart to come out with the single cup feature- my only suggestion is that the coffee t have a hot plate or warming tray for the single serve
