Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!! It leaks, it makes a splashing mess on my counter and it doesn't make the water hot enough. Waste of money.

We get a perfect brew and love the option of a cup or a full pot. The minimal drawback is the little splatter on the counter as the Kcup drains into the coffee mug. One quick wipe and we're good to go!

After reading the reviews, I was somewhat hesitant to purchase this model to replace the Cuisinart coffee maker that I had been enjoying for many years. I had considered purchasing a stand alone style single-serve machine. I wanted the convenience of making a single cup without having to grind and brew. I decided to purchase the SS-15 based on my previous experience with Cuisinart coffee makers. I have not had any issues with leaking water or coffee and grounds being splashed all about. I have used this daily for several months now and am a satisfied customer. I would agree with other reviews that filling the water resivoir on the carafe side is very awkward and spills are easy. This would have be my biggest concern or problem with the SS-15.
