Purchased this in December but the single serve quit working in March. It would not pump at all. So made a warranty call. A replacement was ordered but is on back order. Having to wait 3-4 weeks for it. I was disappointed in this Cuisinart product but the warranty service department was very nice.

Have had multiple issues with the single serve side of the unit. The pods come apart and grounds are everywhere. It sputters a lot and makes a mess whenever I use it. Getting ready to return it.

I bought this about a month ago. Second one in about 1 1/2 years. Very disappointed. The single serve side kept blowing up my Kcups. Even the new one after the 2 day of using. I returned it to the store where i purchased it. The first one when it worked I enjoyed the convenience.

I bought a coffee center & it was great except the heating unit did not work so I returned it & got another one. This one that I just got on 12/2 the one cup side does not work at all & the clean button stays on constantly & I have thoroughly cleaned it. I have taken out the filter & cleaned everything. I need to know what to do

We bought this coffee maker as we had been looking for a combination that would enable us to choose between a full pot of coffee, or a single cup. Sadly the single cup did not function adequately. The coffee splattered everywhere and grounds were in the mug as well. After a major clean up this coffee maker was returned to the store.

I have been so disappointed in my coffee maker. The single serve splashes coffee all over my counter every cup I make. I have tried a tall cup which is a little better but it still splashes and I have a mess to clean up every morning. On the full pot side I haven’t had any problems. I purchased this pot to replace my single serve and so I would have more counter space but I am seriously considering getting it back out. For the price I paid I would expect I to be designed so much better than this. I am so disappointed.

I purchased this for our neew condo because counter space is small and I snted to make the most of what was there. The coffer maker looks good and the Pod potion is ok BUT, as other reviwers have stated, it is hard to pour th water into the hamber for the full coffee pot. It is also not clear how to shut off the warmer when you are just using the pod portion. Finally, I miss the thermo quality of my former coffee pot. That woud have been a better feature than the glass pot warmer.
