Husband and I bought this for each other as a Christmas gift. So far we love it. He likes 1 cup and I like a whole pot. The Programming is simple. I just like all the features. If I had to list any slight problems they would be...on the Keurig make sure cup or filter is in properly it has caused a mess and the second problem is pouring water into coffee pot , the lid doesn't open up far enough to pour out the last bit of water from the pot.

I do love this coffee machine. The only thing I have a problem with is that sometimes the single serve will put coffee grounds in the coffee when brewing. It's happened a couple of times. It's like the bottom puncturing device failed and the water made the grounds overflow and spill out into the coffee cup.

This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I love that on the weekends when auto on is not activated that I can use the k-cup side then brew the carafe for the full pot. The coffee is brewed perfect for me on bold. I only wish I di not have to remember to press the bold button eaxh time
