we are cuisinart supporters all the way on all products. we like this to make our counter tops more simple. we like the coffee center but on the single server side needs better improvement. ours makes a big splash mess with tall or small cups.

We got this coffeemaker a couple weeks ago and we are very pleased with it. I love the fact that the two reservoirs are separate so I can have water reserve for the k-cups instead of having to put water in for each cup. And the availability of having a whole pot set on a timer is wonderful for the mornings. The k-cup side is just slightly slower than my original Cuisinart k-cup only coffeemaker, but still not what I would call slow. It works well, we have our choice of a pot or a cup of coffee and it tastes good. What more could I ask for?

They all have broken. I went thru 5. I had a Mr. Coffee for 25 years before the keuriqs.
Now I have the best of 2 worlds.
