Love the dual capability. Sleek look. Brewing options. Only drawback is minor. When using single serve, the water stream is not consistent. Sputters, stops, starts, etc.. It gets the job done, but not seamlessly. Still, for having the coffee pot and single serve in one unit, it seems a small inconvenience. I would buy it again, and would recommend it.

I do like your product - it is not the first 12 cup plus single serve coffee maker we have ownedand since getting it I hae noticed one MAJOR design flaw with it. With the single serve set up onthe right hand side of the 12 cup section and the “carbon filter” and hot water plumbing on the left side of the 12cup water resevour, it is very difficult to pour the fresh water into the resevour from the caraf without spilling some either on the single side lid or into the fresh coffee filter basket. If you had simply placed the entire single brew section on the left hand side of the 12 cup section the problem would be solved - no more spillage, no more mess, much more common sense design practice. I think most customers are basically right handed and therefore pour with their right hand. With the single serve brew section in the way and something to try to work around - you might consider sifting the single to the other side.

I bought this about a month ago. The cofffee on the carafe side is plenty hot on medium heat. Could not imagine how hot it would be on ... hot. The single serve side is wonderful as well nice and hot. Only downfall is that is splashes a little
