The coffee from the single serve side is hotter and tastes better than my Keurig. The only problem I have is that the coffee splashes onto the counter so I have to keep a paper towel down when brewing.

Can be difficult to pour water in the main tank. They should have designed with basket in back and fill tank in front.

Nice product, however there are some issues. The single cup brewer tends to be messy, sometimes sprays a bit of coffee on in the counter and the machine. The carafe MUST be situated in the center of the warning plate, or the basket overflows making an unexpected early morning mess. Other than that, it's easy to set up, has a nice looking design.

It's almost perfect! Everything works as intended, it brews very quietly, it's easy to use. However, the water Reservoir tends to leak slowly. I'll fill it up when I have my decaf at night, and when I go to make my morning cup, there's a small puddle on the counter. Other than that minor annoyance, it's great! Most advanced coffee maker I've ever owned.
