It’s not a bad machine on the k cup side using a mug it splatters all over the place, I notice when making the coffee sometimes I see straight water coming out of it instead of coffee. Also they should have better rubber underneath of the machine to keep it from sliding

Brewer is great but difficult for a left handed person to fill. Water sometimes gets all over the place. Fill slot to small.

I was looking for a coffee maker that would give me the option of either using k cups or my own coffee. This not only gives me that option, but also enables me to brew a whole pot. Looks great, not too large on the counter, and delivers a great cup of coffee! It was a little pricey, but when purchased on sale, I got a great deal.

Order this about a month now and it is exactly what I've been wanting. A 12 cup of coffee or a single serving cup. Works great everytime. Wish that the holding reservoir for the single serving was larger for holding more water its because we use that feature more often, that we are constantly refilling it...but that's a good thing for us as we really enjoy it...
