We have had this coffee maker for about a month. It is working great! Nice hot coffee is the first thing I notice. The ease of using the k-cups and using our own coffee in the pod. Really enjoying the best of both worlds. Nice looking too!

I bought this to replace 2 products and it's working out fine with one problem, the Kcup side. If you aren't careful you can puncture the K-cup so hard it makes a hole so large coffee backs up and runs everywhere causing grinds to run into your cup.

I have been using this coffee maker for about a month and it has the same great reputation of Cuisinart. My only drawback is pouring in the water because I think the cover should go back a little more so you have more room when adding the water. Otherwise it’s a great product.

A Great Concept but could use some revisions

Love the concept! Best carafe EVER but taking off the lid each time is inconvenient. Lifting reservoir lid allows condensation to drip behind product. Single serving side splashes all over counter when brewing. A 12 oz. option would be nice.
