Even though a few existing reviews seemed to contradict each other about water filling and messes from brewing, we've found NONE of any of those challenges. The carafe side makes great coffee, the individual pod side is easy to use with no clean-up and we have a lot more room on the counter.

Bought for my husband for Christmas to replace his Keurig and Gelvalia. Love that it takes so much less room than the 2 separate products. Also love that you can control temp and brew strength on the coffee pot side. The only slight inconvenience is that on the single cup side there can be a small amount of splatter on the counter or tile wall. Not a big deal but something they should think about fixing on a future model. Bought the copper; love the color and so nice to have something different than stainless!
