The coffee maker works well. I have a problem filling the water tank using the coffee pot provided. I can never empty the water into the tank with out the last bit of water staying in the pot. The protective cover on the machine needs to open further or the pot should be shorter. A redesign of the cover opening should be considered..

I like the fact that you have a choice as to which brewing option you want to use, however, it is somewhat difficult to pour water into the reservoir due to the lid, and the cup size on the pot seems too small. When coffeee is added according to the number of cups in the pot the coffee comes out way too strong.

Overall, this brewer is good! The single cup brewer is excellent, however; the 12-cup brewer, while making a good cup of coffee, is messy and hard to clean. Coffee grinds become lodged in the water diffuser, and make the brewer very hard to clean!
