Even though I gave this coffeemaker an excellent review I do have one negative comment that may only apply to me and no one else. I find it awkward when pouring water from the carafe into the reserviour in order to empty the carafe completely so I use a funnel.

I got it a few weeks ago and on the fence of returning it, as the other reviews stated its a poor design where the water goes in. When you lift the top and pour water in theres a spot where the water comes out.. Its hard to explain but after I found out where it was leaking from I realized it wasn't from the bottom of the pot. Now I stuff the spot wit a paper towel. I love the coffee it makes and the single pot attached is very convenient . It also looks very pretty on the counter. Because of the flaw in the design that causes the leak I took one star away.

This is the best coffee maker we've ever owned. It doest everything we want it to do. From making a full pot, to having it ready to go when we wake up in the morning, to being able to make just one K-cup at a time, it's all just great! And we don't have to wait around for the water to heat up before it brews the K-cup. Fantastic!
