This is the 3rd coffee center we’ve had, the 1st one-the clean button won’t go off, the second one rusted at the bottom & the last one, my sister & I cleaned it over Thanksgiving-clean button won’t turn off. Makes good coffee, great concept

Makes great coffee both brewed and one-cup. Great not having two machines on counter. However, pouring the water into a very small dark space is tricky and the cover of the carafe has to be snapped off to fill (or wash) and then replaced by snapping on a certain way which is not that easy and inconvenient. Why not be able to just flip cover up?

We love this coffee maker other than the single serve part. It sprays out and is not a steady stream. It happens using k-cups and also tea. Other than that issue, it is a great machine.

Not quite as nice as I thought it would be It is awkward to pour the water in when getting ready to brew coffee You also have to be careful the filter is in right or you get coffee grounds in your coffee
