I would hate given it 5 stars if it weren't for the dripping into the cup. When using the single cup brewer, the pouring/dripping into a cup will at times splatter onto the counter. Not a big issue but a bit messy.

We previously purchased the Hamilton Beach product that was suppose to have similar features. I STRONGLY disliked the single cup feature. Difficult to use and the coffee maker didn’t last a year.

This is the best thing since sliced bread. I have been able to remove one item from my counter top. It solves the problem of my husband needing one cup of caffeinated coffee before moving on to decaf. (That's what happens when one retires!) We use only one Keureg pod now instead of 4 or 5 every morning, so that's a big win for the environment. Once those are all gone, we will use the refillable pod provided.
