I was pleased to find both a coffee pot and single serve brew station in one appliance. No longer do I have to put my single server brew station away to free up counter space to get the coffee pot when I have guests. And both portions work great. The fact the Cuisinart name is on it furthers my confidence in the product reliability and quality.

I love the concept and ability to brew pots and single cups! Unfortunately, everyday I'm cleaning up huge puddles of water leaking out somewhere from the bottom, likely the single serve reservoir. I need to contact them for a replacement.

When I use the K Cup, the coffe drips into the mug and splatters all over the counter. Also the bottom part can be made less thick so we can fit travel mugs in it.

Bought this to finish off our kitchen remodel. Liked the features but consistently it ends up with coffee grounds in the carafe. Tried a numerous approaches to get a clean pot of coffee, but not so far. Also a real challenge to fill main Resevoir - almost,a high wire act to get last bit of water in without spilling it. Will keep it, but pretty disappointed given the cost of the unit!

This was a gift for Christmas last year. I love it. The single K Cup when out and was given a new one . Customer service was great and now I can use K Cups again. I was able to use the pot side until the new one arrived. This is by far my favorite coffe maker.
