I purchased this within the last two months and I am completely satisfied with the dual option for either single cup or full pot and only one unit on the counter top. Highly recommend the brand and also dual feature.

Kcup feature sprays coffee all over the countertop and the machine. @nd cup of coffee from the regular brewer side tastes burnt, even if you remove the pot from the warmer immediately after brewing. Basket does not sit correctly in the brewer so you either get an overflow of the basket or the pause brew function fails.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for making a large pot or just a single serve coffee without taking up a lot of countertop space. Only issue I have is the K-Cup brewer splatters a lot of coffee due to the coffee stream not coming down straight.

Love the double pot in one. My only complaint is to fill up water reservoir for pot is on a bad angle. Coffee pot is perfect and love the single brewer that it has its own reservoir coffe comes out perfect a little pricey

Impossible to pour all of water in tiny openings at back of coffee maker, lid will not go back far enough on top. Carafe leaks no matter how you try to pour cup of coffee.
