Pouring water in the reservoir is difficult and raising the lid after coffee is made causes water to leak from back of lid.

I love having both the single cup and full pot option. I’m disappointed with the way the single cup side brews. It makes a big mess and splatters coffee/water everywhere. I’ve tried two different machines (same model) and both did it so it’s a design flaw. I would have hoped a Cuisinart product would have been designed better

wonderful machine for making a pot of coffee.
However, when using the single cup pod, it sprays all over my kitchen counter.
An 8 or 10 oz cup is too low. I have to put an instant pudding box under the cup to raise it to the proper level.Terrible design flaw. Kinda cheesy to have to raise the cup with a jello box every day

Great counter saver. We had two different units on our counter to meet our needs ( I drink a pot and my spouse only uses K-cups for one cup per day. Had problems when I would not pour the water into the separate K-cup side and it would leak. Figured out that I was not pouring into the center of the tank but on the wall and the water ran on to the counter. Flavor from both units is great. Adjustable temperature for the hot plate is excellent. Allows me to keep the coffee hot without burning it. Coffee pot has one problem: It drips when you are filling a cup. Ok if you don't pour too fast.

It clears up clutter on the counter , looks great, works well but there is no control for water temp on the single brew and the water reservoir is small. But compared to the old single cup model the coffee tastes better, richer. I guess that’s all that counts really.
