Unfortunately the first one I had lasted less than 2 years. Fortunately bed bath and beyond was great enough to replace it for me for free of charge. The single cup brewer went out. It just stopped working. I do love it though

I like the fact that you have two different brewers in one, but am concerned about the single-serve option. The coffee does not come out smoothly, but sprays over the lip of the cup, onto the coffee carafe and onto the kitchen counter. I have tried different brands of the single-serve and they all react the same way. Is this normal? I hope not.

I have had keurig's for the past 5-6 years, and i do like them but seem to have to keep replacing. So i decided i would try the Cuisinart because it has such high ratings. So far i am happy with it. I have not tried the full pot yet just the single.!!!!
