Nice to be able to make a full pot or one cup at a time with the pods. The only negative is when you make a full pot, the area where you pour the water is too small. I use a funnel.

I loved the idea of this unique system as I like fresh brewed and my husband prefers the K-cups. A friend of mine had the coffeemaker whic always made great coffee and does for me as well. The singe serve portion has been disappointing. It does not work well with the soft cup pod (doesn’t pierce it properly) and sprays liquid all over the counter. It is inferior to the Keurig product. I exchanged the machine and the second one does the same thing.

I find it difficult to fill up the water reservoir. The water spills out due to not being able to obtain a good angle to pour the water in from the coffee pot. I bought a separate pitcher just to fill up the water. I feel for the price of the coffee pot, it should have a better design. I do enjoy the single cup feature, which I believe is what may make it somewhat difficult to pour the water!
