After reading so many negative reviews regarding this product, I decided, based on a couple of friends personal recommendations, to go ahead & purchase the Ss15 anyways. I’m glad I did! Not only does it look great, it also brews very good coffee. It serves my needs very well. The single serving side does “spit” a bit while brewing but not bad. Perhaps if Cuisinart had designed this single derive side to be a bit longer in depth the drip would be more centered into the cup. But so far so good. No apparent problems.

I recently purchased this coffeemaker and I am very happy with it thus far! From the taste, the way the carafe pours, to the individual versus full pot options, it is a breeze! The only concern I have is the little filters that came for the water storage area. It says that they need replacing every three months....how can order them? I don't even know what they are called, lol???
