We bought it a month ago and are very happy with its dual features of brewing coffee by automatic drip and using a K cup process. The coffee taste consistently pure and rich.

The coffee maker worked right out of the box. It took a little while to figure out the directions but then after that everything was go. Now instead of making several individual cups with the individual cup coffee maker I make a pot then in the evening when I want just one cup I use that feature. Very convenient!

Have owned the Cuisinart with the hot water on the side and was great. I was saw this option and couldn't wait to try it. The coffee carafe works fine, the K-cup is another story. The coffee ground spewed all over the place, making a not very enjoyable cup of coffee. I tried cleaning it out, tweaking things, but still coffee everywhere so I returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What’s with the Clean light?

I have owned the machine only 3 months and when the red light came on to clean it, I followed directions filling it with vinegar, waiting the required amount of time before flushing it with fresh water...but after repeating the process at least three times, the red light has still not turned off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
