Received as Mother's Day gift and absolutely love it. The duo purpose is ingenious. I own a townhouse and space is limited. This product provides the services of two appliances but only uses the space of one appliance. I use the single dose coffee cup daily, but love the ability to make a full pot of coffee on my days off.

My family really loves the quality of the coffee made by this coffee maker. We like the ability to make either single cups or a full pot, and that’s why we purchased it. Plus, we wanted to avoid the clutter of having multiple coffee makers on our counter. The coffee really is exceptional, made by the pot or individually. We even noticed that the brewed single cups are much more flavorful than when we used the k-cups (or other single serve cups) on our old Keurig coffee maker.
The only really negative things that can be said about this product are as follows: 1 - The text size of the control labels is a bit small and hard to read. We’re sure that once we are used to using this coffee maker it won’t be much of an issue, but it definitely could be better. 2 - Pouring from the glass carafe must be done slowly because when it’s full, there is a spillage tendency.
On the whole, the coffee is delicious and we are really happy with our purchase.

I’ve had it for a month now and I love not haveing to have 2 different coffee makers on the counter as my husband likes to make a full pot on weekends, but during the week we only use the single cup side. The only thing I would improve is that I would prefer the single cup side held more water as I usually have to refill it for my afternoon cup of coffee, but other than that I really like it.
