Really like it but I have a very difficult time pouring the water in when making a pot of coffee over the single serve part on the right hand side.

There are several issues with this product. 1. The lid on the caraffe leaks when pouring the coffee. 2. The flavor of the coffee varies from pot to pot.
We have another unit at our second home that is supperior to this one. I would love to return this to your company

I bought it because I wanted a machine that could make a pot and / or a single “K-Cup, was soon to find out that it can’t use the new style eco friendly K-cups that some coffee producers are introducing.
Someday, I think, all coffee producers will be using the new style eco friendly “K-Cup” replacements which will make my machine 50% useless.

Great Features of Both Worlds.....

We Bought this before Christmas and Glad we did. We like using Both the 12 cup & Single cup Feature. This Replaced and older Cuisinart 12 Cup Coffee Maker that was still working very well for over 8 years or more. Great Product keep up the Great Work Cuisinart.....
