I love the ability to either make a pot of coffee, or to use a K-cup for single serve. It is also a nice looking unit. My only issue is that the K-cup design splatters. It should have had a lift for coffee mugs. It splatters on the counter and on the carafe. K-cup Heat should also be adjustable (not hot enough).

Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with this coffee maker. The auto on brew feature is one of the best things ever, and easy to use! We love the K-Cup option as well. Easy to clean and maintain as well. Our only criticism is that when the K-Cup unit is dispensing coffee, it is not an even stream, and will spatter and drip onto and over the cup. A little expensive as well.

The only problem is filling the tank for the carafe. It is hard to get to, especially if you try to use the the glass carafe to know how much water to use. I know there is a marker on the side to tell you how much water is in the tank, but we are trying to figure an easier way to fill it. The tank for the single cup side is wonderful for filling.
Also, it would be nice if when you use the single cup side and use your own coffee, that you didn't have to remove the holder. Other then that it is great and the best on the market.
