Since purchasing I have been amazed by the convenience and the flexibility. Brewing a pot of coffee when multiple cups will be needed, single cup servings when appropriate and the large water reservoir tank for the k-cups make this an ideal coffee system.

I purchased this because I have a lot of company. Having both options available for making coffee is extremely helpful because there is always a difference of who wants regular coffee or decaf. I do find that using the coffee pot the burner does NOT keep the coffee very hot.

We bought this a month ago and spent more money than we normally would. I wanted the carafe feature for when we have guests visit. From Day 1, the single cup option spewed the coffee splashing outside the cup and onto the counter. In recent days, the single cup feature started throwing coffee grounds outside the cup and all around the coffee maker. It has been returned to the store for credit.
