I have used this for a month and am very happy with it. I love the dual pot or one cup feature. I like that it has a 12 cup capacity and automatic shut-off. A slight issue is the lid doesn't open far enough to easily completely empty the water from the carafe into the reservoir.

I’ve been using this coffee pot for a month now and love it! Perfect for one more cup in the evening or when one guest want regular and another wants decaf. Full pot or single serve, both work well!

I really like this coffeemaker and would have given it a 5 star review except for one thing. I never have this problem but my roommate has trouble reinserting the basket that holds the filter. She thinks it’s properly in place, fills the filter with coffee grounds, sets the “auto on” then when I get up in the morning the pot is not full, it’s full of coffee grounds and there is water still in the top of the basket even though the coffee should be done. Once I realign the basket the water will continue to fill the pot, but it already has grounds in it. I wish it were designed to not start unless the basket is properly sitting in the correct position. (I have trained my roommate but she forgets to check to make sure Top closes and basket is set properly). I have no trouble reinserting the basket but others might.

Bought this unit recently to replace our very old Cuisinart, which served us well for many years. Love the single cup feature. Coffee is really tasty. It is very nice looking...doesn’t take up too much room on the counter. Would purchase again.
