I set the coffee maker up per the instructions and decided to use the single serve for a cup of coffee. The water squirted everywhere. I tried it a couple of times but it never worked correctly. I wasn't going to take the chance that someone would get burned. I returned it right away.

Really like this coffee maker best of both world with carafe & pods. However, I wish it had a larger water supply for the pods and a hot water button for my tea and hot chocolate.

The features are truly terrific. Brews a great pot of coffee. The thing I like most about this coffee maker is the one cup option. And this option allows you to use coffee not in K-cups (though you can, if you wish — have never been a Keurig fan). It’s a terrific appliance.

Was all happy to get this coffee pot because Cuisinart makes a very nice product. The single serve dispenser leaks all over the place and to start making a pot of coffee you have to hold the button in forever to get it started. Very disappointed in this product.
