Have only had this coffee maker about a month. Really have loved this product. Solves the single cup vs pot argument with my husband. Have found I use both equally. Some days need a pot other times a cup will do.

Works great. This is our second Cuisinart coffee maker. Bought this one because of the single server option. However, the coffee does splash out of the mug when using the single serve. I just hold the mug up or clean the mess up!

Purchased about 3 weeks ago. Needs to have a 12 cup setting. The single serve water container is too small. When the water/coffee is dispensing it splashes on the pot, the machine behind the cup and on the counter. It is not a steady flow. It comes out in spurts. The area where the water is poured into for brewing in the pot is too small.

Brewer makes great coffee and has many features, but there are some design flaws that vary from annoying to troublesome. For starters, the design of the top of the brewer (the part you lift to fill the tank) is very flawed. It opens in a manner that has it completely overhang the back of the brewer. This is an issue because there is always condensation on the bottom side of it, so when you open it you get a flood of water running down the back of the brewer and onto the counter. There is no way to prevent this since you can’t access the bottom side to wipe the condensation away without opening it. The other, much more minor issue, is that the K-Cup brewer will only go to 10 oz instead of 12 like most other pod brewers.

We have a problem with the single serve brewer. When we use a Busch's Traverse City Cherry K-cup it makes a larger hole in the top and grounds are everywhere.
