I still always wonder why the water reservoirs are not in an easy access point or bigger opening? the pot works fine, the pod section works good as well....still experimenting to get the perfect cup of coffee....

We bought this a month ago and have enjoyed it every day. We love the fact that we don't have to have 2 different machines on the counter. The coffee from the pot is excellent as is the pod coffees. The only difficulty is pouring the water into the pot from the left side of the pot as we are right handed.

I bought this about a month ago so that we’d use fewer k cups but still have the option to use one when we needed to. What a smart decision! The brewed coffee is delicious and so easy to make. My only complaint is that when I make a k cup it splatters everywhere. I’m now putting the mug on an upside down ramekin to keep it up closer to the machine. That helps.

I’m very happy with our new Cuisinart. The instructions are clear and simple. It has nice features like the charcoal filter, auto shut off, programmable time, and it’s very attractive on my kitchen counter. The coffee tastes great. The single serving side is so easy to use and very convenient. I can use my own coffee or pods. It was a great purchase and my second Cuisinart coffee maker. The other one is now being used at our cabin!
