Love having one coffee pot that does both single serve and full pot of coffee. Saves a lot of counter space! Works great, just wish had a bigger water well for the singe serve side.

I love most aspects of this coffee maker.... my only complaint is that the single cup feature makes a huge mess. Maybe the mug sits too low on the platform, but when I use the single cup side, the splash from the brewer makes a mess on the counter and on my backsplash.

We bought this in November 2017, the duo worked well for us for several months. It is nice to have a pot of coffee and/or specialty coffee in pods on demand for those who like 'their own' blends. Unfortunately, it quit working all together in March and I still have not received my replacement from the Manufacturer.

i really like this coffee pot but why can't you turn it off. My other cuisinart when i programmed it to go off in the morning It turned itself on. Your people tell me this has to stay on and the feature still does not work. except for that i like the fact i can have a pot, use a pod or make a single cup with my cup.

My single serve brewer fills up with coffee grounds. The grounds build up all around the inside of the lid. Coffee grounds build up all around the inside around where you put the pod. It's a mess, actually. I'm very unhappy with it.
